Select Club resorts are testing a new service that allows guests to ask questions and make concierge requests via text message. It's called Kipsu, and it's one more way Club resorts are elevating the timeshare experience beyond ordinary hotel rooms.
Kipsu is currently available at Ocean 22 by Hilton Grand Vacations Club and three Orlando resorts: Hilton Grand Vacations Club at SeaWorld, Hilton Grand Vacations Club at Tuscany Village and Parc Soleil by Hilton Grand Vacations Club. It may soon be available at other Club resorts.
When you check into one of these resorts, the Team Member at the front desk will ask you if you want to participate in Kipsu. If you'd like to participate, you'll give them a cellphone number where you can receive text messages. You'll soon receive a text message welcoming you to the resort and telling you to text anytime you need anything. It's that easy.
You'll also receive a text message at various times during your stay asking how your experience has been so far. Reply with your response, and if things aren't going as well as could be, a Team Member will contact you to try to resolve your concerns and make your experience live up to expectations.
