If you had 2015 Points that you didn’t use last year and saved them before they expired at midnight on December 31, you may be wondering how to use them. Here’s what you need to know.
These Points will appear in your account as “Saved Points.” Previously, they were known as Rescued Points, but we’ve changed the name to better reflect the flexible benefit this feature provides.
You can use your Saved Points to request reservations at Club resorts during the Home Resort and Club reservation windows. You can also use Saved Points for weekly or nightly reservations at RCI exchange resorts. Please remember while you are planning your next vacation that Saved Points are not eligible towards Home Week reservations, hotel stays or Partner Perks including cruises. Your Saved Points are valid for travel in the year 2016, and any unused Saved Points are subject to expiration on December 31, 2016.
To view your Points balance, visit your Club Member website at club.hiltongrandvacations.com. On your member dashboard you’ll see the number of Points you’ve been allocated this year, as well as how many Points you’ve used and how many you have remaining. Additionally, you’ll see the number of Saved Points.
The chart below provides a summary of the current status of your points. Use the drop down to toggle between the different years/point types to see how they break down.
