You may have seen a sneak peek at the new Club Member website, or read that Club Counselors who have explored the site love its user-friendly design and modern look. You may have even read some of our answers to Members’ most frequently asked questions in anticipation of the site’s launch. Well, the wait is almost over. And, in fact, randomly selected members have already been invited to start using the website. The new website is slated to launch in mid May, so if you haven’t gotten your chance, you will soon!
And, in case you’re wondering, will the new Club Member website also have an app? You bet it will! Hilton Grand Vacations is developing a new mobile app to extend the experience Club Members will encounter on the new Club Member website. Plus, it will feature several additional mobile features. The app is under development now and will be available for Club Members to download to their Apple or Android devices this summer. In the meantime, here’s a sneak peek at some of the app’s features.
On the home screen, you’ll find a “My Trip” snapshot featuring convenient and efficient access to information that will help you make the most of your trip. The “My Trip” screen will display details about your reservation, activities during your stay, dining options and any special promotions available on the property.
In the Club Guide section of the mobile app, Club Members will find an engaging community atmosphere. In this space, Members can post questions like, “What’s the best cocktail at the Elara pool bar?” and answers such as, “I love Elara's Spantini cocktail. It’s like a classic gin martini with an original spin, fresh cucumber.”
Not only will the app facilitate communication among Members, but it will also open a new line of communication with the front desk. Need an extra towel? Just ask through the app, and it’ll be at your door in no time! The app will also encourage you to provide feedback about your stay, so resort management can help if something needs attention.
Furthermore, the app will use push notifications to make relevant announcements to members such as an event that is taking place at a property where members are staying.
The new Club Member website and the complementary, easy-to-use app offer you a one-stop shop for all your travel needs. Club Members with Elite Status who used to go to hgvelite.com will now also be able to access this content on the new Club Member website and app. There’s no need to open multiple tabs anymore; the Hilton Grand Vacations new website is streamlining the online Member experiences to be as efficient as possible.
