Last year, Hilton Grand Vacations Club launched its new website to enhance the online Member experience, and your feedback has played a major role in its evolution ever since.
Jason Bongo, director of digital content for the Club, said, “The surveys our Members have been completing throughout the year continue to offer insight into what they want the most. We’re working to deliver a number of new features to enhance our site and make their membership easier to use than ever.”
According to Bongo, more than 200,000 Club Members began using the new site by the end of 2016, and in December, more than 75 percent of all online self-service transactions were completed using the new website.
“Our biggest test was the end-of-year rush to complete a variety of transactions online,” Bongo said. “While the site performed well and three out of four Members used it over the old website, we identified a number of opportunities to enhance what our Members can do using the Club website and are confident they will be pleased with the updates we expect to roll out in the coming months.”
