As Club Members, you already know that Hilton Grand Vacations has prize-worthy vacation destinations, but did you know that the properties, in and of themselves, are award-winning? In fact, 19 properties just received TripAdvisor’s Certificate of Excellence, and 33 were named Gold Crown Resorts by RCI.
To receive a Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor—a user-generated travel review site—properties must consistently receive at least 4 out of 5 stars (out of a required minimum number of reviews) and have a presence on the website for at least a year.
TripAdvisor factors in the following criteria into its final rating to determine which properties offer exceptional customer service:
RCI names affiliate properties that consistently offer superior holiday experiences as RCI Gold Crown Resorts. These resorts have continuously met the established standards based on Members’ comment cards, which include areas for Members to rate multiple aspects of the resort, including check-in/checkout, hospitality and guest service, resort maintenance, unit features, unit maintenance, housekeeping and on-site amenities.
