Reminder: Secure Guest Certificates More Than 24 Hours in Advance
Did you use your Points to book a stay for someone else? Help your guest kick off vacation stress-free by initiating a Guest Certificate at least 24 hours before his or her check-in. All Guest Certificates must be applied online at least 24 hours before your guest checks in and must include your guest’s full name. Your guest will be required to provide a valid photo ID, and will be asked to provide current contact information upon arrival. Without securing your Guest Certificate in advance, your guest may face delays checking in.
