If you were excited about The Residences by Hilton Club officially opening this month, there’s more to come. Set your eyes south on a state that prides itself on being “made for vacation.”

With its cobblestone streets and antebellum houses, Charleston is a charming destination as well as South Carolina’s oldest and largest city. Liberty Place Charleston by Hilton Club—an HGV-Strand joint venture—will be nestled in the historic downtown at 475 E. Bay Street, which is conveniently located within walking distance of top attractions like the South Carolina Aquarium, with interactive features where you’ll be able to touch stingrays or tour a sea turtle hospital, and The Battery, a row of sweet historic mansions overlooking the Charleston Harbor and an area sprinkled with scenic views, gardens and Civil War relics.Location Facts: Distance from Points of Interest to Liberty Place
The property will feature 100 units—including studios and one- and two-bedroom suites—a fitness center, lobby bar and owners’ lounge; plus, its central geographical location downtown will make it easy for Members to take a short stroll to a wide variety of shopping and dining options just outside the property’s front doors.

Liberty Place is slated to open during the second quarter of 2020. Sales of the new property are expected to begin in early 2019.
