As a Hilton Grand Vacations Club Member, you know that vacations begin long before you board an aircraft. But whether you’re fine-tuning your plans at home or in your resort’s room, Hilton Grand Vacations’ Technology and Digital teams have been hard at work to make your travels as efficient and seamless as possible. Here’s a recap of what’s been going on and what’s to come!

Front Desk Requests Went Mobile in April

There’s a new and improved way to contact the front desk in the Hilton Grand Vacation Club’s mobile app. Need an extra pillow? Not sure what time an event starts? Using notifications and in-app messaging, you can now message the front desk with requests and questions while on property and provide HGV with feedback about your stay. Since Members can send messages via the app through HGV’s on-property Wi-Fi, the message won’t use data or count as an SMS message, which is especially nice for Members traveling internationally and out of network.

Discover helpful planning tips, must-see destinations and inspiring ideas for your next vacation. Club Navigator: Your Guide to Vacation

club-navigatorThis year HGV launched Club Navigator, which has the answers to almost any question you could ask about your membership. This educational portal at the Club website is packed with fun interactive tools and modules designed to help you make the most of your membership.

Elite Wristband Program Launches


Thanks to wristbands equipped with radio-frequency identification (RFID) technology, Elite Members can now have an even more enhanced vacation experience. These blue waterproof bands let Team Members easily identify Club Members with Elite status and give Club Members an effortless way to access guest entrances, common areas throughout the property and their own rooms. With a simple tap of a wrist to the key access sensor, Elite Members can walk right into their units without needing to search for their key.

Book More Properties Online

Hold the phone! By the end of this year, Club Members will be able to book more than 25 properties online. These properties are primarily in the Gulf and Atlantic regions of Florida as well as Scotland. Additionally, through Club’s relationship with SFX Preferred Resorts, Members will also be able to book Mexico properties online, plus Club Donatello in San Francisco.

For Club Members, this means you no longer have to call a Club Counselor to make reservations. Instead, simply log in to your Club Member website, search for the resort you are interested in visiting and determine which dates it’s available.
