To better serve our Members, we optimized the use of our current inventory by adjusting several reservation windows at West 57th Street by Hilton Club, The Residences by Hilton Club and The District by Hilton Club. These changes are consistent with current booking patterns by Club Owners at these properties and are intended to align Member behaviors and expectations. Members will see the Home Week Priority Window remains unchanged and the Club Reservation and Open Season Reservation Windows are either unchanged or accelerated at all three resorts.
Specifically, at West 57th Street by Hilton Club, the Club Reservation and Open Season Reservation Windows were both accelerated by 15 days. At The Residences by Hilton Club and The District by Hilton Club, the Club Reservation Windows were accelerated by 15 days and the Open Season Reservation Windows remain unchanged. Elite, Elite Plus and Elite Premier Members can now enjoy priority access—booking up to 12 months in advance of check-in—to RCI’s Select Exchange, which includes some of RCI’s most desired resorts in destinations from France to Aruba. Not of Elite status yet? Six months in advance of check-in, RCI Select Exchange will open up to all Club Members, so you will still have a chance to book at one of these distinctive resorts. This opportunity is available to book by phone only, so once you determine where you might go, contact a Club Counselor to discuss all your options.
In addition, HGV is offering Auto Save—a new way to ensure your ClubPoints don’t expire. Auto Save will automatically protect any remaining Points you have left at the end of 2019 and save them into 2020 without the need to do anything at all. From now through March 31, 2019, you can enroll in this convenient option, prepay your transaction fee and save money too. To enroll in Auto Save, contact a Club Counselor.
The most notable change impacts cancellations between 30 and 16 days before your reservation, which will result in forfeiting 50 percent of ClubPoints used or the rental rate paid. Additionally, reservations canceled 15 days or less before arrival will result in forfeiting 100 percent of the Points used or the rental rate paid. Members can still make unlimited changes up until check-in as long as the new reservation is of equal or greater Points value. For additional details on the cancellation policy, click here.
Interested in attending a Club Member Education Workshop? Members living near an upcoming workshop will receive an invitation to attend the event. Because space is limited, Members must register and RSVP to the event to attend. Members who arrive without registering could be turned away if all available slots are claimed, so it’s best to register in advance. Our first Education Workshop will take place in Las Vegas.
