With a portfolio of more than 4,300 resorts spread among a diverse array of destinations, unique landscapes and climates, it’s always a good time to book with RCI. And with a reputation like this, it’s no wonder the resort exchange company has been in the business of building vacations for 45 years (see below). Ready to book your next RCI vacation? Here’s how.
Once you’re at the RCI homepage, it’s time to begin searching for and booking your Exchange Vacation. At the homepage, hover over the “RCI Exchange Reservations” tab on the top right and select “Exchange Vacations.” Once that is done, you’ll be on the search page, where you can browse all of RCI’s resorts.
From here, there are several ways to narrow your search. On the left-hand side of the page, you can choose your check-in date range, check-in month, length of stay, vacation type and region—which can be further specified by state and city.
After deciding on your resort, click “Available Units” next to the resort’s name. Then, enter your check-in and checkout dates to get a list of availabilities in that period.
Choose your desired unit by clicking “Select Unit.” You’ll then be prompted to read and accept the “Urgent Information” form, which provides general property information and details on resort fees and restrictions.
After accepting the form, you’re almost there! Finish your RCI reservation with these four final steps:

Since its humble beginnings in 1974, when it served just 453 members from its lone office in Indianapolis, RCI continues to shape and revolutionize the resort exchange industry. Now, nearly a half-century later, RCI is the largest vacation exchange network in the world, with offices across the globe and more than 3 million subscribing members. And each year, the company sends more than 1 million members on vacation to its 4,300 affiliated resorts in more than 100 countries.
Thanks to RCI’s partnership with Hilton Grand Vacations, which began in 1993, Club Members can enjoy the nearly endless choice of resorts that RCI provides. Here’s to another 45 years of unforgettable vacation experiences.
