For Club Members, the Club website and mobile app are the two destinations for all things HGV. Whether you’re at home on your computer or out on your phone, you can count on these tools to search for resorts, book stays, read up on Member benefits and exclusives, find ways to use your ClubPoints and learn about the “ins and outs” of your membership.
And guess what? They just got even better! Thanks to Member feedback, both the website and mobile app received significant enhancements, including updates to the Member dashboards to make it easier than ever to get the most out of your membership.
Check out what’s new on the website and mobile app below.
The Member Dashboard was recently rearranged and features the following improvements:
Added to the top left of the dashboard, this section makes it easier to change your profile picture and display name. Tip: Your profile picture and display name will appear when you write a resort review or contribute to the Club Guide.
This brand-new section will feature the latest Club Member Exclusives. Now you won’t miss any exciting deals as you browse your dashboard.
You can view your Points balance year over year in a color-coded circle graph, offering a visual representation of your Points breakdown. The circle graph will update each year, with the corresponding color to highlight your Points balance.
Elite, Hilton Honors, RCI Exchange and Club Navigator information was moved up to the top of the Member dashboard for easier access.
Featuring links to Pre-Arrival Information, Things to Do (more below) and the Club Guide, this section was designed to help you better plan your vacation. The Club Guide section allows you to share your experiences and answer questions related to the resort.
HGV’s mobile app now has its own Member Dashboard, replacing the My Trips section from the previous version of the app. The dashboard comes with three sections: Trips, Points and Membership.
When opening the app, the default screen will show upcoming trips (top left). In each of the upcoming trips, you can view all your trip details and even request an Uber.
If you see a message stating, “You Have No Trips Planned” (top right), click “Explore Vacations” for ideas and inspiration. The “Search Availability” button will take you to the Booking tab.
In the Points section of the dashboard, you can now view your Points for the current year and the next two years. To view the Points for a different year, select the drop-down menu at the top of the screen.
At the bottom of the Points screen, there are links to the Points Dashboard and View & Manage Points. The Points Dashboard shows a more detailed breakdown of your Points, including date received and date expiring. Definitions for Bonus Points, ClubPoints and Hilton Honors points are also shown at the bottom of the Points Dashboard.
The View & Manage Points page allows you to save your Points, convert to Hilton Honors points and deposit Points into RCI.
With these dashboard enhancements to both platforms, Members are better equipped to take advantage of HGV’s many features and benefits. Want to know more on the latest changes?
