CORONAVIRUS/COVID-19 ALERT FOR KOREAN MEMBERS: 코로나19 관련 한국 오너님 대상 중요 안내 (상세보기)
Club Members, it’s time to book a vacation at Ocean 22 by Hilton Grand Vacations Club, and HGV’s newest Club Member Exclusive is the perfect excuse to head to the sandy shores of South Carolina in November! From Aug. 14–28, book at Ocean 22 for a stay from Nov. 1–17 to receive a $100 Visa gift card, while quantities last.
As for the resort itself? We spoke with General Manager Tiffany D. to get the scoop on what makes Ocean 22 special and why November is such a great time to visit. As you’ll read from Tiffany, there’s plenty to see and do in South Carolina this time of year.

What can Club Members look forward to when they arrive?
“Once they go through valet and are greeted by our bell captain, Members will step into the main tower lobby on the first floor, where they can see the entrance to the two oversized pools, including an indoor-outdoor pool, which offers year-round swimming, and the hot tub. From there, if they continue to walk, they’ll find our full outdoor pool, just steps away from the beach.”
What is the typical room like at Ocean 22?
“It’s like a home! Many of the rooms have a full-size refrigerator, stainless steel kitchen equipment, a full dishwasher, microwave, full stove and all the utensils you need: plates, glassware, cups if you want to take drinks to the beach, cooking dishes, blenders, toasters and a coffee maker. Everything that you could possibly need is in the room. The rooms also have 55-inch HD televisions, oversized bathrooms with granite countertops, sunken tubs, pullout couches and balconies.”
Where can Members find family-friendly activities?
“On the second floor, we have our recreation room with large-screen televisions, Wii games for kids to play, and three computers for the kids and adults to get on. We also do different events in that room: face painting, tie-dye making, shell painting, bead making and umbrella craft. We also hold Nickelodeon trivia nights for the kids, superhero arts and crafts sessions, and mason jar painting. On our lawn, we have games like cornhole and ping-pong.
“There is always something. We have an activities calendar that’s given to all guests at the time of check-in. We also post our activities in the elevator and give guests the option to either text us for reservations or go directly to the recreation room to do so.”
What makes the resort special in November?
The Marketplace at Ocean 22.
What unique features can Members enjoy?
“Through our Marketplace, we offer a feature called Fill Your Fridge. Before you come to the resort, you can tell us the order you would like—milk, eggs, beer, wine, potato chips, salsa, pancakes, coffee—and we will have it in your room waiting for you upon your arrival.
“The Marketplace is open every day from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. We just started doing delivery from the Marketplace to the suites. The Marketplace also provides a variety of cook-to-order items for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And then, if someone’s in a hurry, we have premade sandwiches and salads that are in our display case.”
What events should Members check out in November?
“If you love seafood, head to Murrells Inlet, which is 20 minutes south of the resort. For shopping and dining, go to The Market Common, located 13 minutes from the hotel. At the Alabama Theatre, there will be a Christmas Special, and late November there is the Bluegrass Festival. There is also Art in the Park at Valor Park, where there are works of art from over 40 local artists. It’s a two-day event. There is also the annual Myrtle Beach Turkey Trot at The Market Common on Thanksgiving morning.”
