In April, all of HGV’s properties on South Florida’s Gulf Coast became available for online booking, including such destinations as Sanibel Cottages Resort and The Charter Club of Marco Beach. Members can now skip the wait times on the phone and book directly through the Club website or the HGV mobile app. For the full list of resorts in the region, click here.
HGV launched a series of Member education webinars that provide a wealth of information on all aspects of your membership. The 60-minute live sessions were held in April, July and October. You can find videos and handbooks of the most recent webinars on the Club website.
The new feature introduces another way to ensure your ClubPoints don’t expire. AutoSave automatically protects any remaining Points left at the end of the year and saves them into the next. In 2019, AutoSave enrollment was available during the first three months of the year and allowed Members to save their 2020 Points early at a reduced transaction fee. Mark your calendar today to enroll in AutoSave anytime from January 1 through March 31, 2020. Not only will you save time, you will save money on the reduced transaction fee too.
The Club website and mobile app received a face-lift this year. HGV added new features for easier navigation and better functionality, resulting in an improved Member experience. New features include:

Members with Elite status had the opportunity to travel on the Napa Valley Wine Train with fellow Club Members for an elegant ride through California’s wine country. The six-hour itinerary included tours of the Domaine Chandon, HALL Wines and Young Inglewood wineries, along with an onboard four-course meal and a welcome glass of sparkling wine.
Members were also treated to several brand-new resorts this year.
This year has certainly been exciting, but the fun won’t stop when 2019 ends. Next year is poised to be a great one as well.
