Disclosure of Notice of Error and Information Request

You have certain rights under Federal law related to resolving errors in the servicing of your loan and requesting information about your loan. If you want to request information about your loan or if you believe an error has occurred in the servicing of your loan, you must write us at: Portfolio Services - ENIR, P.O. Box 618267 Orlando, FL 32861. When requesting information or notifying us of an error, you must include (i) Name(s) of Borrower(s), (ii) information to identify your loan (i.e. loan number, contract number, or member ID), and (iii) the specific information requested or the specific error which is believed to have occurred. Your request for information or error notice will be acknowledged in writing within five (5) business days of receipt unless excused under the applicable regulation.


Disputing account information reported to the credit bureaus

We may furnish information about your account to credit bureaus. You have the right to dispute the accuracy of information that we have reported by writing us at: Credit Disputes, P.O. Box 617646 Orlando, FL 32861. Please be sure to include (i) your name; (ii) information to identify your loan (i.e. loan number, contract number or member ID), and (iii) the specific information that is inaccurate or in dispute and the basis for any dispute with supporting documentation. In the case of information that you believe relates to identity theft, you will need to provide us with an identity theft report.
