Hilton Grand Vacations is partnered with Flywire to provide our international Owners with ownerships at U.S.-based properties an easy and secure method of paying annual maintenance fees in their local currency.

In addition to paying in their local currency, Flywire allows Owners to:

  • Save on bank fees and exchange rates
  • Use different payment options, such as bank transfer or credit card
  • See the total cost of the transaction immediately

Once an association holds its annual board meeting, Owners can access their annual billing statements online at club.hiltongrandvacations.com. Follow the instructions below to view your maintenance fees and make a payment using Flywire.


Log in to your account at club.hiltongrandvacations.com. Under the Ownership tab, select View Your HOA Information.

Instructions for Using Flywire




A personalized summary of your account will appear. You can pay the total balance due or choose an amount to pay. You can also convert bonus points to apply toward your payment.

If your billing address is outside the United States, your home currency is not USD, and you own at a U.S. property, you can select the Local Currency option when paying the remaining amount due. Selecting this button will enable you to pay via Flywire.

Note:

Note: International Owners who wish to pay using local currency through Flywire must select Make a Payment and pay each contract individually. Selecting Pay All Fees will not provide a local currency payment options.



If your account is missing any required information (name, address or phone number), you will be prompted to enter the information here before moving forward with your payment.

Information captured on this page will be shared with Flywire only for payment processing and will not be shared for any other reason. Also, any changes made here will not be reflected in your HGV account. 


You will then be shown the total cost for paying your annual bill through Flywire.

ADDITIONAL INFO: Flywire is a third-party payment provider. Your bank/card statement will reflect payment to Flywire. Flywire transactions are not eligible for bonus Hilton Honors Points rewards when using a Hilton-branded credit card.

Select your payment option, click the box to Agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and then click on Continue.

If you choose to pay by credit card, you will see a confirmation page upon successful completion of the charge and a confirmation number will be provided. You will also receive a confirmation email from Flywire, which will contain the details of your transaction, as well as contact information for Flywire support in case you have questions or need assistance regarding your payment.

If you choose to pay via bank transfer, you will see a page confirming your selection. You will also receive a confirmation email from Flywire containing the details of your transaction, transfer instructions and contact information for Flywire support, in case you have questions or need assistance regarding your payment.

Note:

You must complete the bank transfer by the date indicated on Flywire’s confirmation email. If you try to complete the bank transfer after the expiration date provided by Flywire, your funds will be returned to you and a Flywire support representative will contact you to facilitate a new payment transaction.


Upon receipt of funds by Flywire, you will receive a confirmation email from Flywire and your account on the HGV website will be updated to reflect your successful payment.

A: Paying with Flywire allows you to:

Q. What payment methods can I use with Flywire?

A: Flywire currently offers HGV’s international Owners the opportunity to make payments via popular methods available in their home country. These methods may include local bank transfer, credit or debit card, or other online financial services, such as PayPal.

Q: How can I find the exchange rate Flywire is using in this payment process?

A: Flywire presents consumers various local payment options and their costs, so HGV Owners can best decide which option to choose. Flywire presents a single price; it does not itemize its charges or other costs, such as foreign exchange costs.

Q: What is included in the amount I have to pay?

A: Regardless of your currency selection, Flywire displays the full and total amount owed in that currency, inclusive of any foreign exchange and/or applicable payment processing fees. Flywire will not impose any additional fees beyond the amount reflected.

Q: Why do I see an amount difference between payment method options?

A: The price is lower for a bank transfer because transfers do not involve card payment processors. Select this option if you are looking to make a payment at the lowest cost available.

Credit card payments are instantaneous and offer the advantages of convenience and speed. If you need to make a time-sensitive payment, then the credit card option is the best choice. The benefit of processing your international credit card payment through Flywire is that the transaction is denominated in your local currency, allowing you to avoid charges resulting from currency conversions.

Q: I am paying with a bank transfer and I do not see the payment reflected in my account on the HGV Club website. Is my payment complete?

A: When using Flywire to make a bank transfer payment, you must follow the transfer instructions provided by Flywire, and the funds must be received by Flywire before your payment will be reflected in your HGV account.  Upon receipt of the funds, Flywire will notify HGV immediately, but please allow 1-2 business days for the payment to be reflected in your HGV account.

Q: How long do I have to complete the bank transfer process on my end?

A: When you choose to pay via local bank transfer, Flywire will provide you with a payment due date. This is the date by which you must complete the transfer with your bank. If a payment is sent after that due date, Flywire will return the funds to the sender, and a Flywire Payer Support agent will contact you to help initiate a new payment.

Q: I would like to pay maintenance fees in my local currency, but do not see this option in my payment process online.

A: The option to pay maintenance fees in your local currency is only available to HGV’s international Owners who own a U.S.-based property. Your address on file with HGV must be outside the U.S., and your country’s home currency cannot be USD. If you meet these requirements and are not being provided the option to pay in local currency, please contact HGV at 888-875-4479 (United States and Canada) or 407-210-1088 (worldwide) for additional assistance.

Q: Am I eligible for bonus Hilton Honors Points rewards if I use a Hilton-branded credit card to complete my Flywire payment?

A: Flywire transactions are not eligible for bonus Hilton Honors Points rewards when using a Hilton-branded credit card.

Q: Why can I only use Flywire to pay for U.S.-based properties at this time?

A: HGV and your Association continue to seek ways to improve the payment experience for all our Owners. We will update you as we find ways to expand maintenance fee payment options that offer new benefits and advantages.
