Summary of 2021 Club Program Changes
Home Resort and Hilton Club Priority Reservation Window Modifications
- The Home Resort Priority reservation window begins 276 days (nine months) prior to the check-out date and end 105 days before the check-out date, which is a 30-day decrease in the reservation window for The Residences and The District.
- The By Hilton Club Priority Reservation Window now begins 104 days prior to check-out and ends 90 days before check-out. While the booking windows have shifted, the number of days remain the same.
- The Club Reservation Window is moving out to 89 days prior to check-out (it is currently 59 days), which means Club Members have an additional 30 days to book a stay once this window opens.
With this new modification, the By Hilton Club Priority reservation window expands to all four resorts. This means that Owners at The Residences, The District, The Quin and The Central at 5th now have access to book at these four properties during the By Hilton Club Priority reservation window, without having to wait for the Club or Open Season windows to start.
Changeable Reservation Policy
The Changeable Reservation Policy was modified, limiting changes to 61 days or more in advance of check-in for travel starting in the same calendar year. The previous policy allowed changes any time before check-in as long as the change resulted in the use of the same number of ClubPoints or greater for travel starting in the same calendar year.
The new Changeable Reservation Policy applies to all new reservations and reservations confirmed before January 1, 2021.
Please note that in light of COVID-19, Club is waiving the reservation cancellation policy, including the new Changeable Reservation Policy, through April 30, 2021, to allow for travel flexibility and peace of mind. Once the COVID-19 waiver ends, the new Changeable Reservation Policy will go into effect. Visit the Club News page for the latest details.
The Auto Save feature will no longer be available.
Hilton Honors Point Conversion Ratio
Starting on January 1, 2021, the ratio reduction will be lifted for future Hilton Honors Points conversions.
