HGV Stock Scams Targeting Owners

Hilton Grand Vacations has become aware of fraudulent groups using our name and likeness to obtain Owners’ and Members’ personal details through HGV stock share repurchase and bonus stock award schemes. Individuals claiming to be with HGV’s finance or stock divisions have contacted Owners with fake offers to repurchase HGV stock shares or claim that they are entitled to bonus stock awards. They even send fraudulent documents using HGV staff names, forged signatures and company logos.

Remember that HGV will never initiate contact to purchase or repurchase shares or offer bonus stock awards, either directly or through a third party.

These scams are consistent with a larger trend reported by the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), in which fraudsters impersonate investment professionals. Please be aware of this scam and follow best practices for protecting your personal information.
