Welcome to Amsterdam. Originally developed as a seaport, Amsterdam is a picturesque city, defined by its red-brick homes and iconic canal network.

Spend the afternoon immersing yourself in local history and flavor during the Heineken Experience, where you’ll discover interactive exhibits and enjoy a taste of the city’s signature brew.

In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner with your host and fellow travelers.

Day 2: Saturday, April 10, 2027 | Morning Free Time and Anne Frank House

Spend a leisurely morning exploring Amsterdam at your own pace. Then, visit the Anne Frank House, established in 1957 in collaboration with Anne’s father, Otto Frank. As you walk through the Secret Annex — the hidden rooms where the Frank family lived in concealment — the museum powerfully recounts Anne’s life, her writing and the enduring impact of her story.

Day 3: Sunday, April 11, 2027 | Canal Cruise, Rijksmuseum and Volendam Tour

Spend the morning cruising Amsterdam’s winding canals before visiting the Rijksmuseum, the national museum of the Netherlands. Experience the city’s remarkable architecture as you sail past the colorful gable-stone houses constructed in the Dutch Golden Age. At the museum, explore centuries of Dutch art and history, with exhibits that illuminate daily life, culture and craftsmanship throughout the Netherlands.

Later in the afternoon, visit the Dutch countryside to experience the traditions that have shaped Holland’s cultural identity. Learn how Dutch cheeses are produced, watch artisans demonstrate the time‑honored process of clog making, and tour a working windmill — an enduring symbol of the Netherlands.

In the evening, enjoy a traditional Dutch dinner with included drinks at a local restaurant.

Day 4: Monday, April 12, 2027 | Keukenhof Gardens, Royal Delft and The Hague Orientation Drive

Begin your day with a visit to Keukenhof, often called the Garden of Europe. Stroll through fields of spring blooms and enjoy unique sculptures tucked among the flowers. Everywhere you look, the gardens are alive with colorful tulips, soft daffodils and sweet‑scented hyacinths.

Next, learn about the history of Dutch porcelain at the Royal Delft pottery factory. Founded in the 17th century, it's the only remaining factory still producing the world‑famous Delft Blue pottery using traditional methods.

Continue to The Hague for an orientation drive through the city, including a photo stop at the Dutch Parliament and the International Court of Justice. Afterward, enjoy free time for lunch and explore at your leisure.

Day 5: Tuesday, April 13, 2027 | Maastricht Orientation Tour and Bastogne with Free Time

In the morning, travel to Maastricht, the birthplace of the European Union. Maastricht embodies the Burgundian lifestyle, placing joy, balance and connection at the heart of daily life. This spirit is felt everywhere — from leafy parks and fresh regional products to a warm, easygoing pace that defines the city.

Visit the Vrijthof square, home to architectural treasures including the Basilica of Saint Servatius, the Basilica of Our Lady and the Helpoort gate. Then, experience the Burgundian way of life with free time to wander, dine and explore at your leisure.

Continue to Bastogne and visit the Bastogne War Museum, dedicated to World War II’s pivotal Battle of the Bulge, which took place just a short distance from the city center.

Your day concludes in Luxembourg, where you’ll check into your accommodations and enjoy dinner with your host and fellow travelers.

Luxembourg blends modern sophistication with medieval charm. The country is home to ancient fortresses, lush landscapes and the world’s only remaining sovereign grand duchy — a representative democracy led by a constitutional monarch.

Begin the morning with a guided walking tour, taking in highlights like the Palais Grand Ducal and the Cathedral Notre-Dame of Luxembourg. Continue your adventure with a Pick Your Experience excursion.

Option 1: Enjoy a guided visit through the National Museum of Archeology, History and Art, located in the heart of Luxembourg’s UNESCO-listed Old Town.

Option 2: Take part in a hands‑on chocolate‑making experience, where you’ll create your own hot chocolate spoons with your preferred milk and fillings. Afterward, enjoy a tasting of pralines and traditional pastries, then browse nearby shops for additional sweet treats.

Later, cross the border into Germany to visit the historic town of Trier. Nestled in the scenic Moselle Valley, Trier is Germany’s oldest city and once served as a residence of Constantine the Great, earning it the nickname “the Rome of the North.” Experience a guided tour of the city’s remarkable Roman monuments and UNESCO‑recognized sites.

HOSTED TRIPS POINTS FOR TRAVEL: Reservations must be booked by October 23, 2026. Nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit of $500/£375 per person is due at the time of booking. Final payment due by January 8, 2027. Any combination of permitted points and cash or credit card is an applicable form of payment towards a Hosted Trip vacation. Point values applied under this benefit are subject to change and may vary based on tier level. All trips are subject to availability and will be conducted in English. All participants are required to sign the General Activity Release and Indemnification Agreement acknowledgement and to complete the Globus Guest Acknowledgement online process. Hosted Trip package includes all Globus inclusions plus these additional inclusions: some meals; one ticket per paying passenger for included excursions as noted in itinerary which may require an extra waiver to participate and have other restrictions/qualifications based on height, age and weight; on-tour motorcoach transportation; gratuities for Globus tour director, tour guides and drivers; taxes; and airport transfers. Amsterdam arrival transfers are included on the tour start date of April 9, 2027, and Brussels departure transfers are included on the tour end date of April 18, 2027, provided that Guest arrival and departure flight or alternative travel details are received at least 90 days prior for domestic travelers and 120 days prior for international travelers before tour commencement. Tour itinerary activities in this region may be subject to favorable weather conditions. Alcoholic beverages are only available to travelers who are 18 years or older. Your hotels will be available in your final documents approximately 2-3 weeks prior to departure. A passport valid for six months past the end date of this trip is required for all Guests. Entry requirements may vary for passport holders from other countries. If traveling on this emergency passport, please be aware that you will be refused entry into Netherlands and Belgium by immigration officials and/or held at the airport until a return flight to the United States is available.
