How do I create an account?
In order to access your membership information on club.hiltongrandvacations.com, you need to first create your account.
- Go to the top of club.hiltongrandvacations.com and click “Sign In”.
- Click “Create Your Account” to access the account creation screen.
You will need to create a new account to access your Hilton Grand Vacations Club membership online. To create an account:
- Enter your Member Number and the email address associated with your Member Number.
- Confirm your email address and click “Create Account”.
- You will receive an email from Hilton Grand Vacations. Open this email and click the “Accept” button to finish completing your profile.
- After clicking “Accept” you will be taken back to the website to set up your profile. You will need to confirm your name and enter a new password. Once complete, click “Continue” and your account will be created.
- Once you have created your account you will be able to use your email address and password to access your account on club.hiltongrandvacations.com.
How do I sign in to my account?
Go to the top of club.hiltongrandvacations.com and click “Sign In”.
- Enter the email address you used to create your account. If you don’t remember the email address you used, click “Forgot your email?” and enter the Ownership ID, Contract Number, or Username associated with your account to look up your email address.
- Enter your password. If you don’t remember your password, click “Forgot your password?” and enter your email address to look up your account and reset your password.
- Click “Sign In”.
If you do not see a “Sign In” button and instead see a “Welcome” message, it means someone else is signed in and will need to sign out first.
- To sign someone else out, click where it says “Welcome” at the top right of your homepage and select “Sign Out”.
- Proceed to step 1 above
I’m having trouble signing in.
If you're having trouble logging into your account, here are a few things to try first:
- Forgot your password? Click "Forgot your password?" and enter your email address to look up your account and reset your password.
- Forgot your email address? Click "Forgot your email?" and enter the Ownership ID or Contract Number associated with your account to look up your email address.

How do I sign out?
- To sign out, click where it says “Welcome” at the top right of your homepage and select “Sign Out” from the menu.
