I'm having trouble signing in.

Difficulties logging into the unified website or HGV mobile app can be resolved by resetting your password and redownloading the mobile app.

How to reregister your account:


A Member or Owner may need to reregister their account before being able to log in to the Unified website for the first time.

  1. Go to club.hiltongrandvacations.com and click CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT to get started.
  2. Enter your Membership # or Contract/Account # along with at least one other identification field, Email or Phone Number.
  3. Click REGISTER.
  4. NOTE: If you receive the message “Please note: If you select to continue with the re-registration process, your existing Username and Password will be overwritten,” this indicates that you have already created an account. Select Click here in the message to be taken to the login screen and enter your existing credentials or continue on the Secure Member Registration screen to override your existing account credentials.

  5. If continuing on the Secure Member Registration screen, create a Username and Password for your new account and confirm your password. Once complete, click SUBMIT. The password must meet the minimum criteria; otherwise, you will not be able to save:
    • Must contain at least eight characters.
    • Must contain at least one uppercase letter.
    • Must contain at least one number (0-9) or one special character (#$!).

    Note: Context-specific words, such as your username and/or membership program are not permitted.

  6. You will receive an Account Activation email asking you to confirm that you want to create a new account on our website. Click ACTIVATE ACCOUNT in the email.
  7. Please check all folders as the email may be sent to a folder other than your inbox. If you are using Gmail, please check your Spam, Social, Promotions, and Updates folders. If you are using Yahoo, please check your Junk folder.


  8. Re-enter and confirm your newly created password and click SUBMIT.
  9. Upon account registration confirmation, note your Username and click Continue. You will be logged in and routed to the club.hiltongrandvacations.com home page.
  10. You will receive an Online Account Activation email confirming your new account. No further action is required.

Once you have created your account, you will be able to use your Username and Password to access your account on club.hiltongrandvacations.com.

  1. Go to club.hiltongrandvacations.com and click SIGN IN to get started.
  2. Click Forgot your password?
  3. Enter your account Username and Email address and click SUBMIT.
  4. NOTE: If the username you created is your email address, these two fields will be the same.

  5. You will receive a Password Reset email with a link to reset your password. Click the Visit this link hyperlink within the email to continue.
  6. Please check all folders as the email may be sent to a folder other than your inbox. If you are using Gmail, please check your Spam, Social, Promotions, and Updates folders. If you are using Yahoo, please check your Junk folder.

  7. Enter your existing Username and create and confirm a new Password, then click SUBMIT. The password must meet the minimum criteria; otherwise, you will not be able to save:

  2. Click Forgot your Username?
  3. Enter your Membership # or Contract # along with at least one other identification field and click SUBMIT.
  4. Your username will be displayed on the screen along with a box for you to enter your Password.


How do I sign into my account?

Owners and Members

  1. Go to club.hiltongrandvacations.com and click SIGN IN.
  2. Enter the Username or email address you used to create your account.
  3. If you don’t remember the email address or username you used, click Forgot your Username? and enter your Membership # or Contract/Account # along with at least one other identification field to look up your username.

    If you need to register a new account, click Create Your Account.

    TIP: Logging in for the first time? If you previously used a username and email address to log into multiple Member websites, you can access the unified website using just your username and associated password.

  4. Enter your Password.
  5. If your current login credentials do not meet security standards or you don’t remember your password, click Forgot your password? and reset your password. The password must meet the minimum criteria; otherwise, you will not be able to save it:

    • Must contain at least eight characters.
    • Must contain at least one uppercase letter.
    • Must contain at least one number (0-9) or one special character (#$!).

    NOTE: Context-specific words, such as your username and/or membership program are not permitted.

  6. Click SIGN IN.


How do I create an account?

In order to access your membership information on club.hiltongrandvacations.com, you need to first create your account.
