Best Practices

Our experts have put together some advice for you to follow when confirming your Hilton Grand Vacations Club reservation. Follow these tips when confirming your Hilton Grand Vacations Club reservation.

Determine the accommodation type and size you need for the number of people you are traveling with, so you can easily disregard available units that won’t meet your group’s needs. For the best chance of getting the accommodation type and size you need, be flexible with your travel dates and destinations. Because our reservations are first come, first served, you’ll want to confirm your reservation as far in advance as each reservation window allows.

  • When searching available inventory to make a non-Home Week reservation, you can use the Member website’s Search tool to look for availability at any resort or location within the Club.
  • Avoid extra fees by confirming your complimentary Home Week for your vacation instead of making other reservation types.
  • For extra peace of mind, add cancellation protection to your reservation.
  • Enjoy savings by completing your transaction on the Member website and getting a discount on any transaction fees.
  • Remember to remind your primary guest he or she needs to show a government-issued ID when using the Guest Certificate.
