Don't Let Your Points Expire!

ClubPoints expire at the end of the year and aren't available for use in succeeding years.

If you have left over Points, check out these point-stretching options.

Select the headings below to learn more.

Borrowing Points

In the current year, you can borrow any amount of your next year’s ClubPoint allotment to make any type of reservation except your Home Week reservation. Take note: if you borrow your following year’s ClubPoints, you are giving up your Home Week reservation rights for the year you borrowed from.

Saving Points

If you have current year ClubPoints that you can’t use, you can save them into your following year’s account to make any type of reservation except for your Home Week or Hilton Honors reservations.

Converting Bonus Points to Hilton Honors

From time to time, we offer our Members Bonus Points that are valid for two years. One of the things you can do with Bonus Points is convert them to Hilton Honors points at the current conversion ratio. You can then use the Hilton Honors points to secure a standard reward certificate at any participating Hilton Portfolio hotel. Be aware that once you convert your Bonus Points to Honors Points, you can’t convert them back.

Refer to HiltonHonors.com for the point requirements for a standard reward certificate and a complete listing of participating hotels.

Hilton Honors Conversion Immediate Use

On or before December 31 of the current year, you can convert any number of your current year or next year’s allotment of ClubPoints into Hilton Honors points at the current ratio when your Hilton Hotel Brand reservation is confirmed.

Hilton Honors Conversion Following Year

On or before December 31 of the current year, convert any or all of next year’s ClubPoints into Hilton Honors Points at a 1:16 conversion rate, for use in the following year. Hilton Club-New York Members convert at a 1:32 conversion rate. Owners of any of our by Hilton Club properties or Owners of the penthouse units at The Grand Waikikian or The Grand Islander by Hilton Grand Vacations Club, convert their entire annual allotment of ClubPoints at a 1:32 conversion rate. Smaller quantities of ClubPoints at these properties will be converted at a 1:16 conversion rate

RCI Deposit

You can deposit current year Club Points or Saved Points into the RCI Exchange Program for weekly and nightly RCI Exchange reservations. RCI deposits are valid for two years from the date of deposit. Deposits into the RCI Exchange Program are final, and points can’t be returned to your Club account. There are two types of fees associated with RCI—you pay an RCI deposit fee when you convert your points and pay an RCI Exchange fee at confirmation or when you initiate an RCI search request. For an additional fee, if you have previously deposited RCI points that are scheduled to expire at the end of the year, you can extend the points for an additional year. This transaction needs to be completed on or before December 31 of the current year.

Note: With each option a transaction fee may apply. Please refer to the current Club Reference for the applicable transaction fees and for current Hilton Honors conversion ratios. Remember that you get a discount for completing these transactions online rather than over the phone.
