Taxpayer Identification Letter Notice
The United States Internal Revenue Service (IRS) requires that we obtain a Taxpayer Identification Number for our customers who are United States citizens or non-citizens who are considered U.S. persons under the U.S. tax code. Currently, we do not have a valid Taxpayer Identification Number (Tax ID) on file for you.
As a result, you will be receiving a letter from Hilton Grand Vacations to collect missing Tax ID numbers. The letter is in English and should arrive via the postal service in the coming weeks, accompanied by a Form W-9 (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification). If you are a United States citizen or meet the requirements of the IRS to be considered a U.S. Person, please complete and sign Form W-9. If not, you may disregard this letter.
