Q: What can I do with my Saved Points?

A: Saved Points may be used for reservations at Club resorts during the Home Resort and Club Reservation windows. They can also be used for reservations during the By Hilton Club Priority exchange window, and through the RCI Exchange program. Members can also use their Saved Points to make reservations for travel experiences known as ClubPartner Perks.

Q: I want to book a reservation for travel in 2021 using my 2020 points. 

A: If you are ready to use your 2020 Points to book a 2021 Club reservation now, visit the Club Member website and process your transaction there. You will not be charged a fee when you save.

Q. What if I don’t pay my maintenance fees by January 1, 2021?

A. You must be current on all Club Dues, maintenance fees, taxes, mortgage payments, transaction fees, and any other charges or amounts due to use your Points or any benefits of the Club membership program.

Q: What if I have a reservation confirmed for 2021 and I don’t pay my maintenance fees by January 1, 2021?

A: Failure to pay your maintenance fees by January 1, 2021, may result in the cancellation of your reservation or the inability to check-in at the resort.

Q: During this time of hardship, I can’t pay my maintenance fees by January 1, 2021. Who can I talk to for assistance?

Q: I am disappointed with how HGV is handling the COVID-19 pandemic. I don’t think you’re doing enough for Club Members during this time.

A: Over the past several months, Hilton Grand Vacations has made several adjustments to the Club program, including complimentary online reservations through May 31, 2020, refunds of Points and Open Season rental rates for cancellations made through June 30, 2021, and extension of previously Saved Points through the end of the year.
