COVID-19 Statement from Portfolio Services

As we continue to monitor the evolving COVID-19 situation, the wellbeing of our Owners, guests and Team Members remains our highest priority. At Hilton Grand Vacations, we stand ready to help Owners who have been impacted by these difficult circumstances. Our dedicated team is available to offer financial assistance and guidance to those in need so you can focus on your family’s well-being. If you’ve experienced a financial hardship resulting from COVID-19 and would like to review the potential relief available as it relates to your loan or paying your HOA maintenance fees, please visit my.hgv.com/loss-mitigation. Financial hardships can include loss of job, a reduction in regular hours, personal illness or the illness of a dependent family member. Please allow 30 days from receipt of submission for us to review the information and respond. While your submission is under review, we will not assess late fees.
