Transaction Fees

Transactions you complete as a Member may have transaction fees associated with them. Learn which ones do, so you are prepared when you are transacting. Remember, our Elite Members enjoy discounted reservation transactions.

The following transactions have fees associated with them. For more information on transaction fees select one of the links below. You’ll find the current transaction fees on the Hilton Grand Vacations Club Fee Schedule.


ClubParnter Perks

CPP

Members may make ClubPartner reservations or order travel certificates using ClubPoints and Bonus Points. Members must contact the Club to request reservations or travel certificates. ClubPartner Perk options may have a 30-day advance booking requirement



Guest Certificates

GC

Guests not accompanied by a Member must obtain a Guest Certificates before check-in.

  • Home Week Guest Certificates are complimentary for Members.
  • Home Resort, by Hilton Priority, Club Reservation, and RCI Guest Certificates all have a transaction fee.
  • Guest Certificates are not available for Open Season reservations.

If a new Guest Certificates is required, an additional fee may apply. Guest Confirmation fees are nonrefundable.


Cancellation Protection

Cancellation protection allows a Member to cancel a reservation using ClubPoints within 30 days of scheduled arrival with no loss of ClubPoints. There is a standard fee to apply this protection to your reservation.

  • Members who own a Fixed or Event week may add cancellation protection to their automatic reservation for a fee by calling the Club.
  • Cancellation protection is not available for reservations using Bonus Points or for any ClubPartner Perk reservation or transaction.

Points Stretching

Point Stretching

There are several ways you can stretch your Points—borrowing, converting, or saving or depositing. Each has a transaction fee associated with it. If you manage your Points online through the Member website, the fee is discounted. For additional details on Points Stretching, refer to “How to Extend the Life of Your Points” in our Member Library.


RCI Fees

RCI Fees

Members can deposit current year ClubPoints or previously Saved ClubPoints, for a fee, to be used for future weekly and nightly RCI Exchange reservations. An RCI Exchange fee will be charged at the time of confirmation or the initiation of an RCI search request. There is also a fee for any Guest Certificates you need for your RCI reservations.


Resort Reservation Fees

Reservation Fees

Your Home Week reservation has no reservation fee associated with it. But if you book a Home Resort or Club reservation, you will be charged a reservation fee. Remember this fee is less if you book online through the Member website.


Open Season

Open Season

This is the nightly cash rate charged for Open Season reservations. It varies based on the season (Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum), unit size, and resort as well as the day of the week.
