Maintenance Fees

Your Home Owners Association’s Board of Directors establishes your Home Resort’s annual budget, including maintenance fees. The budget covers the cost of operating, maintaining, and, when necessary, refurbishing your property. You will receive an annual statement detailing these fees.

The maintenance fees are a way of ensuring all aspects of your home resort meet the high level of standards one expects from the Hilton Grand Vacations brand.

ARDA ROC

This voluntary contribution supports the efforts of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) through the ARDA-Resort Owners Coalition. ARDA is the vacation ownership industry’s trade association and promotes the interest of vacation ownership legislation on local, state, and federal levels. ARDA has been particularly effective with tax-related issues. If you do not wish to contribute to ARDA, you may subtract this voluntary payment from the total amount due.
