A Message From Chief Customer Officer Stan Soroka

Dear Club Members,

Our purpose at Hilton Grand Vacations is to inspire travel, and during uncertain times that role becomes complicated. All of us have seen our lives dramatically altered by COVID-19 and our hearts go out to those who are personally impacted by the virus. Our hope is that you use this time to dream about the better days that lie ahead and remain optimistic about your travel possibilities.

In my last communication, I shared that we were eliminating transaction fees for reservations made by May 31, 2020 at Club properties for arrival dates in 2020 or 2021. Club Members can book new Club reservations online and not pay any reservation fees, but please note that Club booking windows still apply.

It has been encouraging to see so many of you taking advantage of this offer. The fantastic response we’ve received shows me you are eager to start planning that next great adventure. Those of you who booked now have undoubtedly been able to secure some exciting destinations. If you have not thought about your next trip with HGV, I hope you do soon.

We also continue to navigate our way through decisions about additional policy adjustments. We have already addressed impacts to both Bonus Points and Saved Points. Please visit the Club website for details about these modifications at my.hgv.com/news.

While we wait for travel restrictions to change, we’ve shifted our focus on implementing enhanced health and safety protocols at our properties. Our goal is to have all HGV resorts ready for your arrival the moment a destination opens to travel once more. In my last email, I mentioned the difficultly of planning ahead during times like these. I think it’s important you understand our reasons for continuing to promote travel. Our wish is that the spirit of planning serves as inspiration through this difficult moment. Our Team Members, too, are eager to return to normal, and are looking forward to welcoming you back.

Once this is over, we will all need exciting new adventures. Please keep dreaming and planning. When you feel inspired to travel the world again, we’ll be here to help you get back to doing what you love most.
